On a farm in the South West County Wexford, near the town of New Ross, Mac Murrough Farm Hostel' is a quiet cottage hostel with double, twin, family rooms and a small dormitory.

We are only a two and a half hour drive from Dublin or Cork, and less than one hour from Rosslare Ferry Port.

Mac Murrough is a very good base to explore Waterford, Kilkenny and Wexford we are in a beautiful pastoral area of hills, rivers and beaches rich in history. Places and things to do within one hour's drive of Mac Murrough include the Dunbrody Tall Ship the oldest lighthouse in Europe at Hook Head the National Heritage Park, Waterford Glass and much, much more –such as fishing, golf, and horse riding!

conditions: Group Bookings of six or more must be booked directly with MacMurrough Farm Hostel please. We say this as we are not suitable for larger groups as our hostel is very small. Larger groups booked in small batches will be cancelled and no refunds given. Needless to say we are a very quiet hostel and we like it that way.
