The people that work there are the best. For the most part they're young adults from all over the world. The people staying there are from all over as well. It's clean and comfortable. The pub downstairs offers endless entertainment.

I know everyone raves about this place, but if you're actually planning on getting some sleep, you might not want to stay here as the music and yelling goes on well into the night (2:20am, when the police came when I stayed there). If you're into partying, go ahead, though since its location is excellent and it's reasonable clean and VERY cheap (not Ł10 as others have reported, though).

I just stayed @ St. Christopher's in London, I was very pleased. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms relatively clean (if somewhat small) and the staff very friendly and helpful. Plus, you can't beat the price or location. My only complaint: sometimes the smoke from the pub seeps through the building and into the rooms. We had to open a window, but only because we are sensitive to it. No big deal, though. I would definetly stay there again and recommend it to other travelers.

It is safe, clean and good fun it has a cheap bar and food set up for hostellers and is only Ł10 per night (breakfast is reasonably ordinary though)
