    What we were looking for was a place to sleep in London which is what we got. The facilities were all there and in working order but all the kitchen utensils and plates were dirty. We had to buy our own cleaning liquid to wash them. The shared bathrooms were filthy and one was even with out a light so one floor had to share one shower. The other people who were staying in the place would leave their mess in the shower. The staff were pleasant enough to deal with but we never once saw them after we were picked up from the station. The beds were springy and uncomfortable as well and the rooms were freezing. I guess you get what you pay for.
