I didn't know it was allowed to rent rooms like this...what a mess!! It starts at the reception and only gets worse. I was shocked when I entered the room. Ok the standard rooms are cheap, but also very dirty. Dust, curtains falling down, writings on the wall...

The people that work there are the best. For the most part they're young adults from all over the world. The people staying there are from all over as well. It's clean and comfortable. The pub downstairs offers endless entertainment.

Staff helpful. Street side of the hostel is noisy. Rooms not clean and beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic. In its favour access to the city centre is easy taking only around 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus....

It is safe, clean and good fun it has a cheap bar and food set up for hostellers and is only £10 per night (breakfast is reasonably ordinary though)

MEDIOCRE PLACE TO STAY. IN ITS FAVOUR THE LOCATION IS GOOD BEING CLOSE TO RUSSELL SQUARE SUBWAY. NOT VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND HAVE TO SAY THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. I THOUGHT THE HOSTEL WAS PRICEY FOR THE VERY AVERAGE SERVICES IT OFFERS....

This is not a place to be recommended. Not very clean, staff not very friendly and breakfast not good. Security is not a plus point. It is noisy at night with groups in the corridors in the early hours of the morning....

What an excellent hostel!! The Museum Inn is in a great location in London within walking distance of everywhere. Very helpful Manager and we enjoyed the Mexican dinner in the dining room. Solid beds with lockers. I would stay again....
