The journey from Ashlee House to Clink261
Ashlee House was one of London's best-established, independent, backpacker youth hostels. You're probably also familiar with its big sister hostel- Clink, which opened 2 years ago. When opening Clink you asked us why we didn't call it Ashlee House 2, but if you've ever visited Clink, you'll know we just couldn't have. Instead, we've done things the other way round and decided to call Ashlee House Clink261!
And why did we do that?
We want to take the Clink Hostels further. You know Clink as an amazing hostel, one of London's most original ones.
Now Clink261 will be something quite extraordinary too. The name change coincides with extensive renovations. It's been redesigned and refurbished by Shaun Clarkson making it ...well, extra ordinary! The style is East London; draped in Union Jacks, a picture of the Queen adorning the wall and a cosy fireplace; it screams London! Have a peek at our interior!
We re-open on Wednesday the 17th March so don't hesitate to contact us and book your stay to ensure you have an unforgettable time in London!
Staying with us puts you right in the centre of London, a short walk away from the British Museum, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, Camden Market and many of London's major tourist attractions.

Please be aware that our triple dorms (3 Bed private) consist of 1 double & 1 single bed combination. Ideal for a family with a young child. However, Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and adult and must not be in shared rooms.
Our hostel is Non-Smoking if caught, each person will be fined £50.00
All of our Dorms have Bunk-Beds

Clink261 does not have a secure Luggage Room - A room is provided for you to leave your luggage. But please note that the hotel is not responsible for any left luggage
Check-out time is 10am.
conditions: Please note: Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is after 2:30 pm. If you arrive prior 2:30 pm you will not be able to access your room, however you cal always leave your luggage in our luggage room and safe free of charge. Cancellation must be done 24h before your arrival date otherwise first night's stay will be charged.
