You can cancel (only by email or using your own client´s inbox) your entire booking 24 hrs prior to your arrival, the day before by 11 AM ! Later cancellations or no shows will be charged!
conditions: Reservations for Christmas and New Year holidays must be confirmed by email. For any special arrangements or questions, please contact us by email. Guest kitchen is available only in some rooms. Double rooms can be set up as twin (separate beds). Safe parking for 650 CZK/day in 800m distance). Last changes in bookings can be done while checking in. If you confirm your stay during your check-in there is no possible any later refund. You can cancel your entire booking 24 hrs prior to your arrival, the day before by 11 AM !! Later cancellations or no shows will be charged! Groups of 7 and more persons or if booking 3 or more rooms are paying a caution of 2700 CZK (100 Euros) for each room - IN CASH - nd on arrival! Price doesn´t include any breakfast.
