From the airport take the 100 bus to metro station. It should take about 15min. Then take the Karlovo namesti stop.
From Main Railway Station you can walk to the hostel. Otherwise you can take 9, 14, 24 tram to Karlovo nam. 2/3 stops. It should take about 4 min.
From Florenc Bus station by underground (line B) to Karlovo nam.
