To enjoy the best time of the year, we can offer you a charming, clean and friendly accommodation with many services, located in an attractive position, very close to the old city in a quiet residential district. Only a few minutes by foot, you can find the International University Centre (IUC) and the American college.
Local amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, post office, bank, discotheques, bars Â…are only a few minutes away, also like bus stations and taxies. You have two beaches nearby.
In opposite to the house, there is the park Gradac, where you can relax yourself and enjoy a breath-taking view at fortress Lovrijenac and the blue Adriatic Sea. Very close to the house you can find the Bogisic Park which reeks of pinewoods.
Our cosy studioapartment AP3 is situated in an attic within a villa built in the first half of the 20th century with entrance of its own. The apartment has been completely restored and offers you many comforts of life.
It fits out with modern new bathroom with shower, kitchen, Sat-TV and air-conditioning and is suitable for 3 persons. The double beds, which can also be used as single bed, are of high value and quality, made by a joiner.
The comfortable sofa can be used by two persons.
Cleaning of the apartment once a week.
The price includes changing towels and bed-linen.
Laundry service is possible.
At request we also provide transfers and trips wherever you want.
