Bad Gastein is an Alpine resort firstly mentioned in the historical chronicles as early as the 17th century, when wonderful healing powers of the underground water of Gastein Valley were discovered. This small holiday town reached its fullest flower in the end of the 19th century, during the times of kaiserin Elisabeth. At that time many of the Rich and Famous visited Bad Gastein to arrange their thoughts and 'clean blood'.
Nowadays Bad Gasten still is famous for its underground thermal springs and healing radon caves, combined with the potentialities for adventure holiday and almost 200km long ski-runs this makes the resort splendid and unique.
Budget hotel 'NUSSDORFERHOF'is ideally located in the quite center of Bad Gastein, only 7 minutes to walk to all major places in the town.
NUSSDORFERHOF holds 20 rooms with 44 beds. We have single, double and tripple rooms at a verry responsible rate.
The breakfast buffet is included. And when you wish you can order the dinner in the hotel for 10EUR (soup, main course and dessert)
