Welcome to Dreamtime Travellers Rest. This small and secure hostel features Cairns most relaxed, unique and homely atmosphere! Your accommodation is set within a lush tropical oasis featuring tropical hammocks in the trees and outdoor BBQ area. Your room will have fresh clean linen, duvets and towels. All of this is just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, markets and swimming lagoon.

Cafe Melt offers a wide range of tastes from all over the world, the feature meals rotate nightly. We are happy to offer you a 10 dollar meal deal with free high speed internet each night you stay. We are open from 7.30am for breakfast which is handy if your arriving early.

Reception closes at 8pm so if arriving late please ensure you have our simple self check in details. These will be sent to you in your personal confirmation email, otherwise please contact us for details.

We can offer a free pick up from the airport until 8pm on stays of 2 nights or more. If here for one night there is a shuttle bus which meets all flights and will drop at our front door, its very simple and you get a city tour on the way.
