The balance due will be charged 48 hours after the booking has been made. The charge will show on your credit card as 'Tune Hotels'. In the event of cancellation the 90% charged by Tune Hotels will be refunded once the hotel receives notification of the cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you fail to show up or you do not give at least 72 hours notice of cancellation you will be refunded the amount charged minus a one night cancellation fee.
