At this moment, HOSTEL COSMOPOLITAN only admits international travellers with valid travel documents e.g. passport. Malaysian nationals will not be admitted, as such reservations made by Malaysian nationals will deem to be void.
FULL BALANCE of payment payable as stated in your booking contract WILL BE COLLECTED UPON CHECK-IN even if duration of stay is shortened. Please do not make an online booking with us if you are not sure of your arrival time & duration of stay. E-mail us for clarification.
Amendments to original reservations must be made directly to us (the hostel) at least 72 hours (3 days) before your intended arrival time as stated in your booking contract. Failure to do so will result in your credit card be charged for the WHOLE amount. Changes of rooms and/or dates are subject to availability. Additional costs may incur.

'The location is very good, and though not near Chinatown, it's very easy to get anywhere as the Chow Kit monorail stop is around the corner. You can also walk to the Petronas Twin Towers (approx 2.3km) from here. This hostel is still too new to have a specific atmosphere but the owner is so easygoing that it's sure to be one of the better ones in Kuala Lumpur'.
EXCELLENT LOCATION :
- In the heart of Chow Kit area, well known for its colourful street bazaar & abundance of local & international food outlets at bargain prices. Get your branded shoes, handbags, watches etc & accumulate your VCD/DVD collection here.
- More than 20 Foreign Currency Changers & several Travel Agencies available nearby (within 100-meter radius) while 7-Eleven is right next door for your convenience 24-hours. An Indian Curry House restaurant is only 2 doors away & opened 24-hours, a favourite with our guests.
- Many international class hotels are also located in the vicinity such as Best Western Seri Pacific Hotel (5star), Sheraton Imperial Hotel (5star), & Grand Seasons Hotel(4star), Cititel Express Hotel(3star), Vistana Hotel(3star), Renaissance Hotel(5star), Legend Hotel(5star), Brisdale Hotel (3star) etc.

OUR ROOMS :-
- Single-Private / Double-Private Rooms : with individual fan & centrally air-conditioned. Our Private-Rooms are without windows & built with gypsum plaster boards, & walls are 4' thick. This is very typical of rooms in most KL hostels anyway, (just in case you do not know already).
* Our 'Double-Private' rooms come with Queen-size beds and NOT with 2 single-beds. The latter are known as 'Twin-Private' rooms.
- Female Dorm & Mixed Dorm : individually air-conditioned & fan
- The Dorms : double-decker beds with air-conditioners & ceiling fans.
