Tiare Village is 3km from Avarua Township (15mins walk) situated on the north side of the island. Convenient for shopping, Banks, Restaurant's and our very own Island nightlife.

We cater for budget minded tourists in comfortable accommodation situated in lush tropical gardens.
The swimming pool and shared BBQ area is available for all Tiare Village guests and an abundance of fresh fruit (pawpaws, bananas, mangoes and avocados) can be picked fresh from the trees in our garden when in season.

Let us know which type of accommodation you would prefer. No deposit is asked for in advance. We do need confirmation of your booking as well as details of your incoming flight so we can organise your pick up. (what country you are coming from, flight number, expected time of arrival and how long you would like to stay with us). Please remember the dateline when advising your ETA to Rarotonga. Once I have
received your advise I will return confirmation.

If you need to cancel your reservation with us your urgent advice would be appreciated.

International Airport Transfers:
Please note that pick up (which is when you first arrive to Rarotonga) is a complementary service to Tiare Village. All other domestic and return International transfers are NZ$6.50 per person.

Immigration policy requires you to have accommodation arrangement prior to your arrival.
All you need do is fill in Tiare Village on your immigration form.

As you exit the arrival area turn to your left and look for the Tiare Village sign I, or my driver will be there to meet you. After you have rested, we will arrange to take you on a tour through the main town to show you the whereabouts of grocery stores, car/bike rentals, banks, the market place to better assist you make the most of your stay here.

FULL payment is made in CASH on arrival.

Our office and large veranda is the meeting place to exchange information, have a barbecue or simply relax and slip into Cook Island time.

The main house, has 2 x 3 bed dorm, plus 1 x 4 bed dorm
shared facilities. Large kitchen area. The common room lounge has an information centre, TV/Video/DVD facilities and Internet system.

3 x Self contained Chalets:
Each chalet contains: 2 single rooms, 1 twin/double room

Please note Dive trips and Courses as well as most other activity ventures in and around Rarotonga can be arranged at the office. Proximity is not a problem as most activity operators pick up and return my guests.
