All sales are final - no refunds.
Longer stays are okay - just extend week by week.
A $10 security deposit per person is charged, then refunded at check out. $20 if no proof of international travel like a foreign passport).
Reservations may be canceled without penalty by 11am (California time) the day BEFORE your arrival date.
Cancellations made after will be charged for the first night's stay.
The total balance is due upon arrival.
On the busiest nights, all dorms may be mixed sex, even if titled 'male' or 'female'.
Outside bedding / Sleeping bags are not permitted.
Check-in requirements:
1. Foreign passport OR
2. Out of state student ID AND out of state student ID.
Call for an exception.
While most of the year we proudly offer the cheapest beds in San Diego, exceptions are subject to season, special events and market flux.
The 8 bed dorm has 2 extra beds which may be used at management discretion for over flow. The price is still the 8 bed dorm price.
Okay, now the good stuff - the personality of the hostel.
We are a young hostel that fills up almost every night.
After five years of backpacking in very different hostels all over the world, we decided on a great downtown location with virtually no residential neighbors to force us to stop activities / parties early, hence the great social vibe.
Our party room is a massive warehouse/garage where we host almost nightly activities with parties, games and tours.
If you are in backpacker mode, with a 'When-In-Rome' attitude, you'll have a great time.
When you arrive, feel free to ask us about what's going on in and around the city during your stay.
