An Apartotel in a quiet and save neighbourhood !
The Apartotel Condo Casa is located on a quiet street in the interesting university city San Pedro neighbourhood close to the city of San Jose and the Universities of Costa Rica, Latina and Fidelitas. It is 15 minutes ride to downtown San Jose.
Very close to the Apartotel Condo Casa, you will find a supermarket, a drugstore, a bakery a many other convenient shops. Condo Casa has a nice front garden, a beautifull mountain-view of the Central Valley of Costa Rica, free storage room service, free parking and a comfortable BBQ area for a nice get together. The Apartotel is located on a private street, with access for authorized cars only, and with a 24 hours security service. This makes the Apartotel Condo Casa a very secure hotel.

Completely furnished apartments !
All apartments have furnished kitchen and a living room. They are fully equipped with laundry machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffemaker, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The living room has sofas, a dining table and a cable TV set and a telephone. Condo Casa has a free hight speed wireless internet (we do not provide computers, but you can rent one in local shops)

Daily rates plus 16.39 % taxes:
Option 1: $70. One bedroom with one single bed and a private bathroom
Option 2: $70. One bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
Option 3: $70. One bedroom with one double bed and a private bathroom.

There are some restrictions to keep the harmony in the building:
-Pets are not welcome.
-Please be quiet after 8 P.M.
-Visitors are only admitted at the BBQ area.

NOTICE: the reservation system only accepts reservations made with at least 3 days prior the arrival day.
