Located in south of Malaga, in San Luis de Sabinillas (Manilva). At only 10Km from the town of Estepona.
Our apartments are ideally situated for family holidays and golfers alike.
A large swimming pool and beautiful, quiet sub tropical gardens complete the relaxing atmosphere.
La Noria is an attractive, well-established urbanization, with wide gardens, 2 outdoor swimming pool, paddle courts, children playground and direct access to the beach.
The apartments are fully equipped and newly furnished to provide style and comfort for up to 4 persons, with one double and one twin room. There is one bathroom with bath and shower. The living area and the dinning area seats 5. The kitchen comes complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker and juicer.
On the splendid terraces you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying terrific views of the Mediterranean Sea, the large communal swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.
The town of Estepona is only 10 minutes by car and Gibraltar is just 25 minutes away. Everything is here, if you are looking for the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus, they are a mere 15-minute drive away.
Because of the lovely climate and relaxed way of life, it is an ideal place for longer holidays throughout the year. Open-air activities can be planned for any time of the year, with little possibility of weather problems. You can also engage in a variety of nautical activities such as sailing, windsurfing, deep sea fishing etc.
