Owned and managed by outdoor enthusiasts since February 2007, a warm welcome awaits you in the heart of Glencoe. The hostel is an original highland croft sleeping up to 26, in 4 bedrooms of either 6 or 8 beds. All bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge with open log fire.

We are located between Glencoe Village (Folk Museum, shop, post office and bus stops), and the world renowned Clachaig Inn, with live music every Saturday night, local ales and over 100 whiskies for you to try. The hostel is set in 2 acres of land, surrounded with native woodland, which is home to Roe and Red Deer, wild birds and the occasional Pine Martin. Come rain or shine, the scenery is breathtaking, with views of the 3 sisters, the ridge and the Pap, from the hostel.

We have several low level walks locally, plus over 10 "Munros" for you to climb within a 10 minute drive. Please see the photos of views from the top of the "Pap of Glencoe". Walking and cycling route advice is readily available from your hosts, to enable you to make the most of this spectacular area. A have a new purpose built drying room for your kit, with a commercial de-humidifier. A bike for cycling to the village is available for free.

We offer free pick-ups from the village/bus stop if arranged in advance. Reception is open from 2pm to 9pm (late arrivals possible via prior arrangement), we have no curfew and don't close the hostel in the day, so if the weather is not great, then you can just chill out in front of the fire with a book.
