Tuy Hoa is located  roughly 85km south of Qui Nhon and roughly 100km north of Nha Trang.  The city reminds me of NYC: dirty and filled with people everywhere.  In the middle of the city is a shopping area, which reminds of me Chinatown in NYC.  Imagine, crammed in tiny shops offering the same type of clothing.  Little Asian women trying to sell you everything they have.

Infrastructure is being improved.  Go furthest east to the coastline, and look out to the ocean and see beautiful ancient Cham ruins sitting atop a mountain.  The infrastruction improvements still doesn't take away the beauty of the ruins.
