The staff at the hotel is great- very friendly and helpful. For the price, this is a great place to stay. I enjoyed breakfast, the internet access. It is a good central location with good restaurants on on the street- Hoan Kiem Lake is good place for running in the morning in fresh air .
The help us to save our budget by booking for us Halong bay ,Sapa and among another places of interest with really good deal .
Overall, very good choice for Hanoi on a medium budget.
