Loved our stay at Hello Vietnam Hotel! We booked for 2 nighst but ended up staying for most of a week. The staff are amazing!! So friendly. The rooms are great - some are better than others as some have balconies and better bathrooms but they are all still great rooms. Nice teak furniture and comfy beds. Booked our Halong Bay trip through them as well which was really great. The staff are so accommodating.

This hotel was awesome.the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff speak really good english and booked all our tours, flights, transfers etc - It made going to sapa, and halong bay really easy. I recommend travellers to book their tours when they are in Hanoi, not in advance via internet to avoid paying higher charges .

I went with five friends and we really love this guesthouse! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Unlimited free internet. Great place. Great value for your money. They will help you with booking tours (best price, might I add) and they help wih airport transfers, too. Will definitely, definitely come back
