Located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, very closed to the historical Hoan Kiem Lake. From train station, you should get a taxi but you should bargain the price (around 30.000 VND) before get into the taxi. If you pay them by meter I would costs you too much. From the airport you can get a taxi there which costs around $10 - $12 USD but be careful with the driver because he always tries to bring you to another hotel to get commission or try to overcharge you by offering you pay them by meter.
