1) As we strive to keep One Florence Close restful for guests, we do not accept children under the age of 10 years old.
2) Our check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is at 12pm. For early check-in or late check-out please email to enquire in advance, as it is subject to availability. However, all guests are always welcomed to leave your luggage with us free of charge should you arrive early or have a late flight!

conditions: Please note that we only accept payment by cash at the hostel. There is an atm withdrawal machine right across the road from us if required. =) Inform us as early as possible, if there are any changes in your arrival date or cancellation of your booking. Amendments to your check-in/check-out dates should reach us 3 whole days (from midnight Singapore time) to your check-in date, which excludes the day of cancellation and day of check-in. Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.
