We are not by any means a luxury resort, and do not try to exude that illusion. We do however try our best to offer exemplary customer service and are in fact English speaking foreign hostel goers just like you. We've found that 100% of the time if anyone is dissatisfied or disapointed it's because they had unrealistic expectations as to what a hostel accomodation is, and for the low price were expecting much more than a hostel might provide. We keep the rooms fresh for your arrival, and maintain an in-house 24hr convenience store with snacks, drinks, toiletries and other essentials. An adjacent pool and spa (for an additional nominal fee) make relaxation even more smooth Once you check in and exit the glass doors of the hostel, you'll be quickly immersed in a surrounding hutong environment you'll not soon forget. After that it's easy to reach taxis and buses a mere 2-5 minute walk through the alleyways and over to the main thoroughfair.
