We are located in the centre of the ancient capital of Yuan dynasty. This area is now the very famous protected area of old Chinese impasses, you can easily go to Tian`anmen Square, The Summer Palace, The Forbidden City, and The Temple of Haven by bus. conditions: Terms and Conditions Confirmation The client is required to: • Please send an email to the hotel with your details including arrival time and flight number to Beijing Frustration If for any reason beyond the Hostel control including, without limitation, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, Government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hostel operation, commodities or supplies, acts of war or acts of God, the Hostel is unable to perform its obligation under this Agreement; it may terminate this Agreement and refund to the Client the Deposit paid. In such case the Hostel will not be liable for any damages caused as a result of the termination. If for any reason the venue is not available for the event, the Hostel may substitute another venue in the complex and will promptly inform the client of such substitution. The client will accept such substitution without compensation. Indemnity The client attends the event at own risk and indemnifies the Hostel against all costs, charges and expenses which may be incurred by the Hostel due to any person suffering injury while at the event or due to any loss of property related directly to the event. This provision does not apply where such injury or loss of property arises due to the negligent act or admission of the Hostel. Default If the client fails to pay monies due under this agreement or otherwise does not comply with these terms, the Hostel may terminate this Agreement and forfeit any deposit. Please bring your valid ID and/or original Passport and booking confirmation from Hostel World, to present upon check-in. *NOTE: Please be prepared to Pay your account in Full upon arrival using Chinese Renminbi.
